Andrew is a manager in the Campus Cards Office at UC San Diego. He also serves on the Core Leadership Team for the One Card Project. His responsibilities for the One Card Project include the implementation of any changes to the ID card at the operations level, in addition to providing critical insight into the impact that the new One Card will have on the campus community.
